Does the Garamos remind you of a famous war hero?

I Know NOTHING!!!

Does Sweet-tooth remind you of someone famous?

Look at that hair....those cheeks...that neck...those eyebrows!  THAT TIGER SMILE!

The newest competitor to the 2008 Great Rocker Dog off is "Sweet-Tooth" Danny. In addition to his million dollar smile, his resemblance to the famous Tiger is not only in looks, but in competitiveness as well. He is a huge favorite in the upcoming challenge and has already begun his training back in March 2007!

It's KOBYASHI KEN in a landslide!

Ken, the early favorite, blows the competitors away in less than 3 minutes.  6 Bunless Nathans hotdogs.  His double fisted technique was unstoppable.

 Garamos disappointed and embarrassed.

Also rans trying to finish second.

     Competitor Updates
1st

Kenny "Bigfoot" "Kobyashi" - Hit his stride early and never looked back.  While they were fighting for 2nd, he had gone to the bathroom, drank a coke and came back for seconds. Truly a formidable opponent.

2007 update:
Words cannot begin to explain Kenny Kobyashi. His speed and technique appear as if he was born to competitively eat. Experts are already anticipating his first place win for 2008 as well as for the next several years.

He was asked how he can speed his time for the upcoming competition and his reply was, "I might not eat breakfast this time."

2nd

Smoky - First female to compete.  Finished a strong second, just ahead of zig.  She'll be back next time with a new strategy.  Tried to use the water soak trick but it backfired.

2007 update:
Smoky has started a uprising of female competitors in the challenge however she is the only one to make it past the qualifying rounds. With the amount of cigarettes she smokes, many wonder how she keeps such a fast pace without tiring. In a recent interview it is stated that she never trains for competitions and they are all just like another day. Just imagine if she did train......We are all left to wonder.

3rd

Zig - Couldn't keep pace after a slow, choking start.  Mouth was full but pace was off.  Finished 3rd.

2007 update:
The talented but very sloppy Zig has been making steady improvements in his dog-eating skills. Through hard research and training with the famous "Bunny," many say he has the best form in the game. Huge potential for this competitor.

It has been reported that he has been training with frozen hot dogs. His performance is the most highly anticipated for next year.

4th

Garamos - Let down ALL his fans.  Double fisted approach was a complete failure and will possibly be banned in future competitions.  Fines and criminal charges may be in order for fixing the competition.

2007 update:
Garamos has been found innocent since his trial in the suspicion of fixing last years competition. Frustrated from the accusations he is more focused than ever in training for next years challenge. He is eager to win back all the fans he lost to the talented Kenny "Bigfoot."

Analysts advise Garamos to control the mannerisms he developed throughout the years of competing such as accidentally mistaking his fingers for hot dogs and focusing more on his performance and not other competitors during the competition.

5th

Zag - Never a contender!  A huge bust.  First round pick and favorite on many betting cards, he has refused all interviews to explain his poor performance.

2007 update:
Since his big upset finishing in last place he has been training harder than ever eating 6 hot dogs at least three times per week. He has been hitting the weights hard and has since added over 20lbs of muscle on top of his 135lbs original frame. Unfortunately, he still is refusing all interviews saying his performance in the upcoming challenge will speak for itself.

Analysts are skeptical about his determination and hunger for the sport, however they say not to count him out just yet.
